Patient: 11 year old male

11 Yr Male with h/o of Fever for 15 Days

CT reveals multiple hypodense nonenhancing areas in an enlarged spleen. USG demonstrates these lesions to be hypoehoic and few of them appear anechoic. Further USG guided intervention confirmed pyogenic abscesses.
