History: History of breast cancer with prior chemo and radiation therapy

Findings: Destructive neoplasm involving the manubrium and left clavicle which demonstrates osteoid matrix. The lesion extends into the anterior mediastinum with mass effect on the underlying vessels and into the left lung. Pathologic fracture of left clavicle.
Diagnosis: Osteosarcoma of the manubrium (possible complication of radiation therapy)
