History: 39 year old male with anterior instability.

Findings: Contrast dissecting between anterior labrum and glenoid, but with intact periosteum. Best seen on ABER views. More.....

Intuitive Case Authoring. User-friendly interface (designed by radiologists) prompts for case title, pathology, anatomy, history, findings, diagnosis, discussion, references, and imaging modalities.  You can choose to share your cases or keep them private.

One-click Image Management.  Images of any format can be added to cases by simply uploading files through the browser.  Images can then be easily enlarged or reduced with a single click.
