YOU HAVE 3 OPTIONS IN SEARCHING FOR CASES: Drilling
down by categories, Basic search, and Advanced
search. Drillng down by categories: Allows you to select from a list of anatomy categories and then within that particular category you may select a specific pathology. Selecting a pathology will result in a list of cases that are classified by the categories you chose. Cases are displayed with a case title, case number and a brief abstract of its contents. Select a particluar Anatomy:  Select a Pathology within the Anatomy category:  Click Case Title to view case:  Basic search: Use the search field at the top of each page to enter text that is contained in a case. This feature allows you to search for text that may appear in any portion of a case.  Advanced search: Click the 'advanced search' link at the top of the page to search for cases using multiple parameters. The searchable parameters include users, date case was entered/modified, modalities, patient age/gender, date of exam, or any combination of mentioned attributes. The 'advanced search' feature will do a Logical AND search, for example if you enter 'pneumonia' in the text match field and check CT you will be searching for all cases related to pneumonia that have a CT image in it. If you want all cases related to pneumonia and all cases with CT images you need to do 2 separate searches.
