  Create a Case
  MyPACS uses a Case Editor to create new cases: In order to create a case you must have an account and be logged in.  The Case Editor will prompt you for descriptive information about the case, including annotations such as patient demographics, image modalities, anatomical structures, and pathological findings. The interface includes a structured reporting tool that guides you in choosing standardized vocabulary terms through drop-down menus and checkboxes. Each case entry that is submitted automatically goes to a database from which it can be retrieved through the search interface. All the fields are optional and you can come back at any time to enter more information.
  There are two ways to get to the case editor, either by clicking the link 'Create New Case' on the Case Manager page or by clicking 'Case Editor' in the top navigation bar:

When you have finished entering case information click ‘Create Case’:
