DEEP FEMORAL ARTERY FALSE ANEURYSM AFTER ARTHROPLASTY

History:54-year-old african american male. Patient had arthroplasty of the right hip secondary to arthritis. Patient noted progresive swelling of right thight after surgery.

Findings: False aneurysm from branch of the deep femoral artery, partially thrombosed. Access: Left common femoral artery. Cross-over technique.False aneurysm feeding vessel was successfully occluded after placement of three coils. More

Stand-alone Viewing.  With a single click, you can export all your cases to disk, from which they can be viewed offline without requiring any extra software.

Open Standards.  Import and export cases using the RSNA MIRC format. Cases you create with MyPACS are automatically indexed by the RSNA MIRC Query Service.
