Findings: Lateral projection shows unusual osseous density projected over the C5-6 IVD space and C5 body.  Oblique projections demonstrate unusual configuration of the transverse processes of C5 and C6, which project forward and closely appoximate one another, particluarly on the right side (LPO projection).  The cervical x-rays are otherwise unremarkable.
