History: 33 y/o weight trainer with shoulder pain.

Findings: Postraumatic osteolysis of the distal clavicle with marked enlargement of the tissues around the AC joint with considerable edema.
Diagnosis:

Note the impingement on the supraspinatus musculotendinous junction. There was a small cartilagenous Bankart lesion and irregularity of the posterior laburm as well.

Erosion of the clavicle in serious weight trainers is not uncommon.
