Patient: 5 year old male
History: Limping gait for about one month; Right knee pain off and on; No fever

Findings: 1. Flattening and sclerosis of right femoral epiphysis,
   suggesting osteonecrosis.
2. Mild soft tissue swelling around right hip with mild
   lateral displacement of femoral head.
3. No abnormal finding in left hip.
4. Legg-Calve-Perthes disease could be considered if no detectable
   cause from history taking. Thank you!
Diagnosis: Legg-Calve-Perthes disease (No history of trauma, steroid,...).

Treatment: To avoid weight bearing as possible.
