Patient: 13 year old male
History:

13 year old male who presented to his primary care physician approximately 1 month prior to admission with fever, sore throat and cough with some hemoptysis. He was treated with a course of azithromycin and improved enough to return to school. Approximately 1 week prior to admission his symptoms returned along with significant joint stiffness and aching in his shoulders, elbows, hips, and ankles. Findings on a subsequent CXR prompted referal to our hospital.
