Fig. 2: T1 shows a mostly isodense right cerbellar mass with some faint rim high attenuation.

Fig. 3: T2 shows the mass is mostly dark w/ small surronding high signal vasogenic edema. Do you see the second lesion?

Fig. 4: FLAIR makes the second lesion in the medial left cerebellum more conspicuous.

Fig. 5: Gradient Recall (blood product sequence) shows moderate "blooming" consistent with hemosiderin.

Fig. 6: The b=0 image from the diffusion series is a T2* seqence with similar "blooming" properties to the gradient recall sequence.

Fig. 7: sag T1 shows an isodense mass in the right cerebellum. Basically, metHb is bright on T1. Extracellular Hb is bright on T2. (simplified version)

Fig. 8: Gradient Recall (blood product sequence) shows moderate "blooming" consistent with hemosiderin.
