History: pain after fall

Findings:

1. Old, healed fracture of right femur
2. acute subcapital fracture of left proximal femur
3. bowing of right femur
4. diffuse osteopenia
5. bilateral coxa vara

Diagnosis: Osteogenesis imperfecta with acute left femoral neck fracture.
