Patient: 37 year old male
History: 37 year old male: presented with mid epigastric abdominal pain.

Findings:

SBFT: Small bowel malrotation is identified with the duodenum and jejunum remaining on the right side in the upper abdomen. There are small bowel loops in the left lower quadrant that returns across the midline to the ileocecal junction.

CT: There is malrotation of the small bowel as the third and fourth portions of the duodenum course inferiorly along the right of midline.

Diagnosis: Small bowel malrotation
