Patient: 66 year old female
History: 66 year old female: presented with left flank pain to the emergency department.

Findings: A 1 cm irregular hypodensity is present in the inferior-posterior right kidney.  It measures approximately -25 hounsfield units, consistant with fat density.
Diagnosis: Fat containing right renal mass suspicious for an angiomyolipoma
References: 66 year old female: presented with left flank pain to the emergency department.
