Findings:

CT abd w/ contrast:

Heterogenously enhancing solid & cystic mass within the thoracic spinal canal.  Associated mild AP canal expansion.

MR T-spine w/wo contrast:

Heterogenously enhancing solid & cystic mass within the thoracic spinal canal, with peripheral enhancement, centered at the T10/11 level.  Large cystic component.  Associated mild AP canal expansion.  Lesion appears intradural, intramedullary in location.

 

DDx:

Ependymoma

Astrocytoma

Hemangioblastoma

Ganglioglioma

Diagnosis: Ganglioglioma
