Patient: 2 day old female
History:

2 day old female

Chief complain:
Involuntary movement of four limbs last night and this morning, more in left side.

Caesarian section with gestational age 40+3 weeks.
Birthbody weight: 3000gm. G1P1
Apgar score: 7 (at 1st min) to 9 (at 5th min).

Findings:

1.5 Tesla MRI of brain with T1 weighted echo train spin echo,
 T2 weighted echo train spin echo, T2 weighted fluid-attenuated
 inversion recovery echo train spin echo, diffusion-weighted
 echo-planar MR imaging, T2 weighted short inversion time
 inversion recovery echo train spin echo, and without
 intravenous contrast:

1. Multiple mild long T2 spots with significant restricted
   water diffusibility (yellow arrows in DWI and red arrows in
   ADC map) in bilateral parietooccipital lobes,
   predominant over right occipital lobe, in favor of
   brain infarction, but nature to be determined.

Diagnosis: Neonatal infarction
