Findings: KUB:
1. Increased opacity in upper and middle abdomen, nature to be
determined.
2. Recommendation: Further evaluation is suggested.
CT scan of abdomen with pre- and post intravenous contrast, and
with multiplanar reconstruction:
1. A 13x10x7cm well-defined huge mass with mild contrast
enhancement, arising from left lobe of liver with intralesion
septation and calcifications, may due to hepatoblastoma.
2. Presence of marked mass effect of the lesion with compression
of adjacent organs, including gallbladder, pancreas, and
GI tract.
3. No detectable bony destruction from this examination.
Impression:
1. Huge liver tumor, suspicious hepatoblastoma.
