History: Incidental finding / Acute abdominal pain with intermittent fever for some days

1. Diffuse increased attenuation of liver with borderline
   hepatomegaly, possibly due to hemosiderosis with or without
   hemochromatosis (hemosiderosis that has damaged parenchymal
   cells).

Diagnosis: hemosiderosis
