Patient: 4 year 2 month 3 week 3 day old male
History:

4 years 2 months 3 weeks 3 days old male has been sick for 10 days of dyspnea, cough and fever.

Chest x-ray taken on 29 June 2009 demonstrated small density to be seen in the right middle lobe but the incidental finding is a proximal humeral metaphyseal changes by loosing margin.  The anterior ribs ends appear frayed, widened and osteopenia.   

AP view x-ray of both wrist taken on 1 july 2009 demonstrated the distal ends of radius and ulna are spread, frayed and cupped and osteopenia.
