Findings: As image legends.
Diagnosis: Triple match segmental defects: Intermediate prob for PE.
Discussion: Intermediate Probability for PE (20-80%)

1) Difficult to categorize as high or low
2) one moderate or less than two segmental defects mismatched defects.
3) solitary mod or large segmental triple match defects in lower zone.
