Diagnosis: Radial tear(ie.free edge tear, parrot beak tear), medial meniscus.
Discussion: The focal interruption of the "bowtie", in this case in the (second)coronal image and the blunting of the edge of the meniscus in the sagittal images make the diagnosis. These can be subtle!
