| Findings: En TC sin contraste, se aprecia masa definida y calcificada, que ocupa la región selar. Se complementa con RM con contraste, encontrando lesión supraselar Hipointensa en T1 E Hiperintensa en T2 y FLAIR, que realza conde la administración del contraste. Existe efecto de masa sobre el quiasma óptico y la glándula hipofisiaria es de características normales. In TC without contrast, is cleared and calcified mass, that occupies the region to supraselar. Image is complemented with MRI with contrast, having exitiendo to supraselar, hypointense in T1 and hyperintense T2 and in FLAIR, that it heightens with the administration of the contrast. Exists mass effect on optician quisma and the hipofisiaria gland is of normal characteristics. |
