History: Knee pain after MVA.

Fig. 1: Cor STIR. Extensive bone contusion is seen in the anterior proximal tibia from direct blow to the knee.

Fig. 2: Sag PD. The PCL is completely torn in its mid-substance as a result of hyperextension.
Diagnosis: PCL tear (dashboard injury).
