Findings:

Signs of generalized osteoporosis. Crushing of a 40%, that jeopardizes the body of T11, being hypointense in T1 and hyperintense in T2 and STIR.
Prominencia of the complex discoligament exists, that compresses the dural sac.
Diagnosis:

OSTEOPOROSIS GENERALIZADA, CON FRACTURA AGUDA DE T11.

GENERALIZED OSTEOPOROSIS, WITH ACUTE FRACTURE OF T11.

Discussion:

It is important to differentiate vertebral fractures, presented in the context of osteoporosis and discard any pathology base, as inflammation, tumor, and so on.
It is also important to determine if the injury is acute or chronic. In acute injuries, there bone edema, in hiperintensidad sequences T2 and in the former, there is hipointensidad in T2.
