Patient: 6 month old female
History: 6 Month old with wheezing, and acute exacerbation

Fig. 1: Left upper lobe emphysema and mediastinal shift

Fig. 2: Hyperlucency upper lobe

Fig. 3: left upper lobe hypodensity with abnormal airspaces
Findings:

Chest Xray demonstrates focal hyperinflation in the left upper lobe.

Chest CT confirms that it is emphysema

Diagnosis: Congenital Lobar Emphysema
