Patient: 78 year old female
History:

Right knee pain and dysfunction with altered gait.

Findings:

Advanced osteoarthritis of the medial and patellofemoral compartment consisting of marked loss of joint space, vacuum phenomenon, osteophyte formation and subchondral cysts as well as subchondral sclerosis. There is genu varum present due to the osteoarthritic changes.

OSTEOARTHRITIS OF THE MEDIAL AND PATELLOFEMORAL COMPARTMENT
