History: 65 year old female: presented with a history of chronic sinusitis

Findings: Bilateral maxillary mucoperiosteal thickening with resultant right-sided ostiomeatal unit obstruction.  Mild ethmoid and sphenoid sinus disease were also noted.
Diagnosis: Chronic sinusitis with obstruction of the right ostiomeatal unit (OMU)
References: 65 year old female: presented with a history of chronic sinusitis
