Patient: 23 year old female
History:

Neck pain.

Findings:

There is loss of the cervical lordosis. There is no fracture or instability. Bone architecture is unremarkable. Soft tissues are intact.

Diagnosis:

1. NO FRACTURE OR INSTABILITY.

2. HYPERLORDOSIS.
