Never visited PREMATURE RUPTURE OF THE MEMBRANE - PROM

Patient: 24 year old female
History:

Fig. 3: Tansverse uterus picture shows the head and body are visualized along with the placenta.
Findings:

-Examination demonstrates a single fetus to be in the transverse position.
-Biparietal diameter of 49mm, head circumference 185mm, abdominal circumference 178mm, and  
 femur of 32mm suggests a gestational ago of 21 weeks and 1 day, in accordance with dates.
-Fetal weight is estimated at 446 grams.
-Oligohydramnios is present with premature rupture of the membrane.
-Oligohydramnios precludes colplete evaluation of the fetus.
-The heartrate is regular at 138 BPM.
-The placenta is anterior but not previa.
-The cervix is long and closed.
-Prolapsed membranes are not identified.

Diagnosis:

-Olioghydramnios at 21 weeks 1 day by dates.
-Premature Rupture of the Membrane
-The cervix is long and closed
