Findings:

Large left frontal cystic mass with marginal enhancement and
enhancing nodules as described above. Differential diagnosis for this
includes a predominantly cystic malignant glioma or less likely a
solitary cystic necrosis metastasis.

Diagnosis: Glioblastoma multiforme
