History: 17 yo with right lef pain.

Findings: Plain films:  Lytic lesion in the distal femoral metadiaphysis with wide zone of transition and soft tissue involvement.

MR:  Post contrast images demonstrate enhancing mass in the distal femoral metadiaphysis with cortical destruction and large soft tissue component.
Diagnosis: Osteosarcoma.
