Patient: 22 year old female
History: 22 year old female: presented with nausea, vomitting, and lightheadedness to the emergency department

Findings:

An ovoid fluid collection is present within the uterus, likely representing a psuedogestational sac of ectopic gestation.  Superior to the uterine fundus is a gestational sac containing a live fetus with crown rump length corresponding to 10 weeks and 6 days, and heart rate of 163 beats per minute.  fluid is present within morrison's pouch in the right upper quadrant as well as free pelvic fluid, which may be blood.

 

 

Diagnosis: Ectopic pregnancy containing a live fetus superior to the uterine fundus, and possibly within the right fallopian tube.
