Fig. 3: MRS (from chemical shift MR imaging)
Findings:

1.5 Tesla MRI of brain with T1 weighted echo train spin echo,
T2 weighted echo train spin echo, T2 weighted fluid-attenuated
inversion recovery echo train spin echo, diffusion-weighted
echo-planar MR imaging with apparent diffusion coefficient maps,
chemical shift MR imaging, and without intravenous contrast:

1. Multiple punctate lesions with restricted water diffusibility
in brain, including bilateral subcortical white matter of
cerebrum and bilateral middle cerebellar peduncles,
compatible with cerebritis with brain edema and possibly
   associated with systemic septic emboli.
2. Relative elevated the ratio of choline (Cho)/total creatine
(Cr) in brain, suggesting increased cellular turnover
   and membrane metabolism.

(serum Mycoplasma antibody: 2560 x positive)
