| Findings: 1.5 Tesla MRI of cervical spine with isotropic three-dimensional T2 weighted echo train spin echo with parallel imaging, extended echo train acquisition, and half-Fourier acquisition (3D-FSE-Cube) with multiplanar reconstruction, T2 weighted echo train spin echo with iterative decomposition of water and fat with echo asymmetry and least-squares estimation (IDEAL), and with intravenous gadolinium-enhanced images: 1. A 0.5cm small long T2 cystic lesion in right lateral spinal canal with direct extension of right C7-T1 neural foramen, compatible with pseudomeningocele from brachial plexus injury with right C8 nerve root injury (Fig 1-3). 2. Soft tissue long T2 swelling with mild contrast enhancement along right lateral neck, compatible with trauma history (Fig 4,5). |
