Findings:

MRI of abdomen, focus on kidneys with T2/T1 steady-state gradient
echo, T2 half-Fourier acquisition single-shot turbo spin echo with
fat suppression, MR urography with 3D maximum-intensity projection
reconstruction, multi-angle projective thick MR urography,
gadolinium-enhanced MR pyelogram with dynamic study, and with
 intravenous gadolinium-enhancement:

1. Complete loss function (red arrow in figure 6) of enlarged right
kidney (about 6.5cm in greatest dimension) with multiple long T1
and T2 cystic structures (figure 1-5) and lobulated contour, in
   favor of multicystic dysplastic kidney.
Presence of mild contrast enhancement in the central hilar region
of the right kidney (yellow arrow in figure 7).
2. No abnormal finding in left kidney (5.0cm) and ureter.
3. Normal bladder.

Impression:
1. Multicystic dysplastic kidney, right side.
