| Findings: MRI of brain: 1. Volume reduction of left cerebral hemisphere with mild enlargement of left surface sulci and cisterns, suggesting mild-moderate brain atrophy or abnormal brain development. 2. Mild dilatation of left lateral ventricle without periventricular interstitial edema, in favor of ex vacuo ventricular dilatation secondary to cerebral volume reduction. Impression: 1. Volume reduction of left cerebrum with ex vacuo left ventricular dilatation, may due to brain atrophy or abnormal development. |
